Specify your name, brief description of the business, and location of business
Week-1 : Introduction Call
I will schedule an Introduction call with you to learn more about your business and tell you about my vision. By the end of this call we will evaluate if we’re a good mutual fit.
Week-2: NDA and Initial Information
If we decide to move forward, I will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), You will provide 3-5 years financials and related business information for initial review.
Weeks 3-4: Offer Submission
After Reviewing the Information, I will submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) or a Letter of Intent (LOI) outlining my Offer for your review.
Week-5: Review and Feedback
You will review my Offer and provide your Feedback if you are ready to move to the Due-Diligence Phase.
Week-6+: Start of Due Diligence and Purchase Agreement
If you agree to move forward with my Offer, We will sign the LOI or EOI and begin with the Due Diligence & Purchase Agreement
Post Acquisition Transition:
Minimum 3 to 6 months expected, but I’m flexible for a longer transition. The owner is welcome to stay on beyond the transition period in a part-time capacity or as a strategic advisor.
